I've played in european servers before and there are plenty of racist people there that are proud of being racist. Racism is a global problem present everywhere sadly and english is the most universal language spoken around the world so it makes sense they will also use the english racist slur

The only way you could say it without knowing the meaning is if you are a kid listening to rap songs and doesnt know much about the world, but this ignorance doesnt last long

You think N word doesn't exist in other countries? Many many countries have their equivalent word that in English translates to the one you talk about. Here for example it used to be the word that described African(black) people in common language. Very similar word to English one as well because all the versions come from same origin.
