T2 players might join & try their luck on this game as well as this game is fairly new & who knows they might become top dogs in future.

He has openly admitted that he misses CS, and when C9 comes back he COULD take an offer to go back to CS. I 100% believe he prefers CS over Valorant. T1 have nothing to do since July, meanwhile in CS you can play many more tournaments.

Valorant is new, mistakes are bound to happen at the beginning. If they continue to happen, however, that would be disappointing (provided they are the same mistakes over and over again).

“ and now NA with so many roster changes” what does that even mean? What do you want them to do to stay the same forever?

LCQ problems and shit: LCQ problems were because of COVID regulations in California and miscommunication.

NA roster changes: my guy every region is having roster changes, because the ecosystem needs new and better teams to compete in worldwide events, not just NA specifically.

Pros leaving valo for CS: some pros are, but most aren't. In the case of Draken and Cooper: Cooper literally said that he's going to grind VAL, and Draken has been streaming CS but does that mean he's leaving again?

This game is only one and half years old, there's WAY WAY more room to grow and become a global powerhouse. These things take time, have some patience.

I don't know if you ever watched an esports scene from the beginning, but those kinds of problems are normal. I would even say that Valorant first competitive year was the best one that any game has ever had because even though we were in a pandemic we had international tournaments with teams from most regions of the world, we had a great number of good matches, a decent format for the most part and although NA and EMEA are ahead from everybody, the gap between regions is not as big as others games and it's getting smaller by every international tournament. There were indeed some problems, but the pros vastly outnumber the cons. Also, the rosters change that happening right now in all regions, not only NA, is something ordinary at all major competitive games or sports. After a tournament cycle, teams that didn't fulfil their goals rearrange for next season.
