How bad is TS scouting to miss a player like Patmen, who has been playing in the Philippines T2 scene his whole career? Do they even have scouts, or are they just picking their close friends?

At this point I'm just glad Patmen finally has a good career and shows PH players potential. I'm not very hopeful about TS at the moment because of the nepo allegations.
