Me personally, being a former skye main dont enjoy skye nowadays, the second flash needs to be saved for timings and shi. Which is disappointing

Same with Viper here. Those nerf where to mush, and their opnesss where partially because of the mapool, some nerfs make sense, but having an initiator without any refresh ability is to mush, if refilling flash us to mush, at least gives her refreshing dogs or AT LEAST the useless refreshing heal

It's kinda awkward to implement but imo it'd be best if she gets one additional cast that becomes available 40-60s into the round.

Having exactly 3 flashes throughout a round is balanced, but if she has all of them at round start it's a bit much.
