Everytime i jack off my brain (without fail) in the middle of the session will start making me remember the many mistakes and embarrassing moments of my life to the point i cant even finish it and just stop and sometimes even cry. Is there something wrong with me?

Havent been playing for the last few weeks and I feel alot happier. Each day actually seems alot more worthwhile rather than queueing up for a long ass game only for my teammates to disconnect and make me lose rr (but if I do that I get banned)
