Does anyone know how riot picks who has the opportunity to be promoted? I get how PRS and SaD were selected to play for relegation but not how SRG and pigeons were selected to play for promotion
My guess is there is some form of qualifier for premier teams either that or I think maybe the highest tier of premier can only have like 2 winners or something (do not quote me on this I haven't fact checked this at all it just sounds like it makes sense)
SRG losing isnt their fault,
they had to go through an already competitive challengers season, then got relegated due to rising competition. Not only that, they are heavily playing in GC which means more footage for Prosperity to watch, allowing for more time to anti strat and footage as compared to prosperity who came from premiere which theres no footage for anyone to watch. This leads to a heavy favorite for prosperity. Furthermore, people blaming SRG for losing just makes no sense due to this. People just have to stop hating on teams for losing when theres a heavy disadvantage they have
Holy cope. Fully funded team with coach + assistant coach playing against a winless, broke premier stack but it's the fully funded team at a disadvantage. Also SRG got to watch prs play 3 matches in a row before this one and 4 in t2. That should be more than enough footage.

Your view and take hurt their progress more than helping them improve.
If you want your team to be among the best, you gotta apply the standard of the best teams. RN, the bare minimum is to be top dog in T2, rather than senseless defending, they should reflect on their plays because holy there's a lot of them.
