mCe is the best scout in valorant history
unlike fake scouts like most of tier 1 he never just signed the best tier 2/3 players he actually watches those games
mind you he took runi from a botfragger in one of the worst tier 2 teams to one of the best fragging igls in americas in a few months..

johnqt still makes calls all the time and is an actual igl.
if u watched the c9 podcast in 2023 they said runi made 0 calls and it was also zellsis and sometimes some other members who were calling
