my stance is and will be that if a team does something wrong, they should take the responsibility and the punishment that follows. waiting for an official statement isnt that hard and if it really did happen and breached RIOT's competitive ruling, something will happen.

there was a thread about this a couple of weeks ago. there is technically no rule from riot saying that teams CAN'T do this, but it's considered unethical because it's unfair.
