That seems fair and wouldnt make him absolute dogshit while keeping him pretty balanced and useable on some maps like sova and fade
I get the changes are nerfs, but doesn’t 2 charges mean you can use them separately. For example use first for bomb tap and use second after first finishes. Thus delaying bomb defuse for longer than it used to.

the change is that you cant use it to clear any serious space early in the round if you want to use it for post plant
Switch stun as Signature ability.
Add damage (sova shock dart) , increase range (or make it a projectile)
rockets no recharge but two charges is good
rocket should have recharge but everything else is good. this is going to be kind of like how skye was busted but then she lost her recharge and now isnt ever played

Damage on the stun would be so broken bcs its quite fast unlike sova dart that u still need to charge up

the flexibilty of separating the rockets is already a gift to him. He still has plenty of tools. Now let him play smart like all other agents instead of hitting all his buttons on cooldown like a drunk playing poker at the casino

Mostly good changes but removing the recharge entirely on top of everything seems completely overkill.

yes. he cant clear space AND delay postplant anymore. Now its one or the other.
I think he will still be played by some teams on some maps but he will be one of the lesser played agents. You will see more of sova for sure.

just 2 rockets 1 drone and a stun and u are out of util for a initiator is pretty bad, the other initatior who hasnt cooldown is not on the meta either
just put cooldown of 40 secs or 45 (for each rocket) and i think we are good, but i understand they nerfed him pretty badly

A smaller map range or smaller AOE. There are other ways to make the teams play "smarter" instead of just 2 rockets max
My issues with Riot- Why even do playtests if you don't listen to the people who review the new agents? I saw multiple posts before the agent was actually released to the public saying it was broken. Didn't Riot think to maybe nerf him before he was officially released? All of this could've been averted by a competent DEV team who actually took time out of their day to think about his utility combos with other agents and how he would fit in the meta. I don't understand why you would even release the agent; his pick pickrate is going to plummet, and essentially the game didn't add shit for the past 4 months since his release.
