It means they realize that it's time to stop relying on imports and actually grow, those are short term pains. Japan should've ditched imports right from the start, if they face the problem head on they can fix it early before it became too late.

Number of premiers dont matter, there is a noticeable amount of jp radiants who never play premier. And they are good enough for that but chose to not join premier, yutaro is a good example.

Number of radiants is important. This is where is see Japan is starting to improve, indicating a rise.
Every amount of players = 1 radiant that means playerbase is increasing.
Fair point, but I cant have the number of Radiant and Immortal per country no ? (If I could have it it woud be absolutely ammazing)
