What else can you expect from the org with a US army sponsor.
FNS and Ethan has no idea what they're doing, that's what terribly went wrong. Both should retire after this year.

yea well its true that nrg wants to keep them both cause they wanna play together but the problem is that s0m is literally a top 3 controller in americas and fns can still be a great igl so its very hard to find replacements for either of them if they leave together

Verno in his interview stated like multiple times how he loves MIBR because he can actually rely on them to kill and aim so it probably has to do something with that, prob talked some shit about FNS aim or he just didn't like how he has to rely on players like Ethan and FNS to be on his team and kill and that's why he would always play back

oh man you really think that. fns has publically said he can only play with people he chooses. FNS had an issue with vernos playstyle, everyone else agreed bcs if you dont agree your off the team too. Bonkar didnt agree and he got benched too. The original issue was Verno but bonkar didnt accept it and got yanked off the team. You can watch vernos video to see how corrupt that shitty org is. I mean legit no pro likes NRG bro trust me, i have heard enough abt them. Even publicly talked abt like marved

some of NRG guys has too much ego (for no reason what so ever) thats why they make verno's life as uncomfortable as possible. Only time will tell who was right who was wrong, imagine being english speaking guy in brazilian team and did better than he was in NRG

No, the whole team is speaking english.
Although Verno knows spanish, which is somewhat close to portuguese.
The truth is that NRG try to be more methodical team because they lack firepower. prob staff and IGL tried to make Verno to kill a lot, obey them, play how they want to be played with zero freedom, prob he felt like he needed to carry every match, play god as utlity and even so obey them. During Brazilian interview he always mentioned that one of first things he noticed is that his team everyone is good, everyone can kill. he can 'depend' on then. and that their IGL now are good as well, etc.
I felt like he felt he lacked freedom to do anything at NRG compared to now, at NRG probably he got treated as a rookie who needed to obey at all cost, now, even if MIBR IGL ask him to do X thing he probably doesn't feel like he need to do everything now because his team actually can kill now.
Prob now he have more freedom, can mid round, can talk, can give his opinions, its more he felt more included now than being at NRG.
Many times at interview he said that Valorant is a game that you need to adapt, need to change, etc. Not sure how NRG included him but prob he felt 'stuck' with gameplan without being able to have more freedom and just follow as what gameplan they did and what their IGL says and still expected to kill and carry otherwise he suck.
