i think verno’s past teammates have praised his work ethic and plus he grinded tf out of tier 2 so he does care.
i think it’s more of a difference in philosophy and how the game is played. the team probably doesn’t see eye to eye.

Yeah while there are other very important things for a team to work I feel like chemistry is the base for everything that comes after.
