I might add even if icebear can't speak japanese that well, at least if he's being signed at the start of last premier at least they can form a team synergy, but that team synergy went to when jaxe played with the team.
Replace Jaxe with icebear and your ruin the whole synergy.
Icebear is anything but bad, but reject signed him at the wrong place and time, he's supposed to be signed earlier instead of suddenly being signed, reject can't be this wishy washy with their management
