IS THIS A BO5 OR BO3? cause on betting sites the over under is 2.5 maps meaning wouldn’t the over just be free money??
why are betting sites voiding this match... such a scam
i had focus to win and it ended up being a 3-0 win for them, why is it a void... if its their mistake. it should still be a win for me
Bet365 is voiding everyone ..cost me $700 for that void that actually should of won. They said because it was a BO5 they voided it even though the odds were correct and they won 3-0 so it doesn't even matter if it was BO3 they got smoked
literally, keep hassling them on about it. they should definitely fix it, it costed me $1800
I am, I'm currently fighting with them and upper management lol. Actual BS. The funny thing is if you would of lost they would of kept your money and not voided it, happened to me a few times even though it should've been a void.
It got voided because they marked it down as a bo3 instead of a bo5. I bet on focus too and it got void there’s nothing you can do unfortunately… it’s liquipedia and the organizers fault for not being clear

as per our rules, "bets are void if statutory number of maps/ rounds are changed or differ from those offered for betting purposes"
therefore, i can confirm that in line with our rules this has been correctly settled as voided

i got $50 in betting creds because of the void. just gotta hassle them back and fourth
these are standard rules 99% of bookies use. Tell me one bookie that wouldn't have voided this bet
why should it be a void. What’s your reasons? on their site it’s a best of 3… every other bookie had it as a best of 5 btw!!! doesn’t matter if it’s a best of 3 or 5… focus won 3 maps in a row, best of 3 = focus win, best of 5 = focus win.. myself and probably plenty of others had them just for the WIN and not a correct score..they won both best of 3/5s.. blatant scam.. should be compensation for their fault, their mistake for not getting it 100% correct on their end but instead they want to void… maybe if some bettors put 2-1 or 2-0 as a correct score. It should be voided for them… but people who had focus for the WIN.. it should be ticked off. And you’re a sheep
