Bet365 is voiding everyone ..cost me $700 for that void that actually should of won. They said because it was a BO5 they voided it even though the odds were correct and they won 3-0 so it doesn't even matter if it was BO3 they got smoked

as per our rules, "bets are void if statutory number of maps/ rounds are changed or differ from those offered for betting purposes"
therefore, i can confirm that in line with our rules this has been correctly settled as voided

why should it be a void. What’s your reasons? on their site it’s a best of 3… every other bookie had it as a best of 5 btw!!! doesn’t matter if it’s a best of 3 or 5… focus won 3 maps in a row, best of 3 = focus win, best of 5 = focus win.. myself and probably plenty of others had them just for the WIN and not a correct score..they won both best of 3/5s.. blatant scam.. should be compensation for their fault, their mistake for not getting it 100% correct on their end but instead they want to void… maybe if some bettors put 2-1 or 2-0 as a correct score.
