Why hasn't Carlos already bought out CNed?

He is on a literal no-name org that DIDN'T EXIST before Valorant.

If he has money to rent planes and shit it shouldn't be too hard for Carlos to buy CNed.
TenZ only cost 1 mill and he is better and 1000x more popular than Cned, so Cned could probably be bought for way less compared to buyouts in other games.
