you should blame for format since split 1 records matter a lot in split 2 so teams that did well split 1 of course have an advantage
also just because c9 lost to SEN and g2(the two best americas team) which are the only games they played this split does not mean they suck now for losing to the 2 best teams, try again

americas is a region where you can almost accurately rank the teams 1-6. c9 is not in that top 6.
