lets randomly select 5 teams from each region (and bleed), put them into a single elim playoffs bo1.
Now here is where we spice it up, we play only 2 rounds (pistol and 2nd round) if the game ends in a 1-1 both teams are eliminated.
bleed gets put automatically to finals.
