Aspas is the most pure/naive guy, he is always happy, loves everyone, accepts everything. Loud wasnt expecting him to leave, his announcement took everyone there by surprise. His GF convinced him that he wasnt appreciated at Loud and had him look up offers from other orgs. At this point, there wasnt much Loud could do.
