whats with all the hate for FNATIC on vlr? i understand if you dont like boaster because hes "cocky" and overconfident sometimes but shouldnt all teams be? the rest of the team tho derke, alfa, chronicle and leo are all humble funny guys that dont have egos and respect their opponents unlike other teams that are loved here. so honest replies please why do you hate FNATIC?

It's mostly a grudge people had against them being on top for as long as they did. EMEA and, at times, some international events weren't as hyped bc you knew FNATIC were probably going to win anyways. So, for viewers and entertainment's sake, FNATIC became the team to root against.

I meant like they got lucky during Tokyo that demon1 couldn't practice and prx couldn't bring something since either of those team should've swept them. And they also got lucky that they had the easiest road in lock-in playing ez fresh teams to win a mickey mouse trophy so they could claim themselves as "first back to back" winner even tho lock-in doesn't count
derke is hated because apparently hes getting carried (doesnt even make sense he was there best player for 2 years and the only reason he doesnt look as good is because he has actual teammates now and doesnt have to hard carry)
boaster is hated for being cocky and acting weird when hes shit at the game and a subpar igl whos carried by his teammates
everyone else is hated because of how they shit on all their favorite teams last year.
Its the same as what happend to yay, when the best in the game stop being the best everyone jumps on the hate bandwagon.

nope most fnc hates comes for derke and boaster and the fnc brand/fans, u can't hate the rest of them except maybe chronicle because people were calling him goat for having the most trophies and some people didnt like that (me included). I dont see a single thing for leo or alfa except maybe when people say less is a better sentinel than alfa but leo not a single hate comment.

In champs mother nature herself had to come in to save them vs DRX, if there was no hurricane, DRX would have won easily.
nah its not just the being cocky part, its the being cocky while being shit at the game and a subpar igl being carried by your teammates. Copenhagen-beat fpx without their best player, got shit on by prx, almost lost to Lev with Tacoshitta and got destroyed by Fpx full roster.
