Maybe at first but giving smaller regions a chance on the big stage will give them time to develop, and incentives for upcoming talent from that region to play.

Idk tbh, beating Scarz doesn't really mean much until we see them play in t1 scene. Juicy and Nephh had to leave for military service anyway, there is a lack of talents and a lack of opportunities to groom talents here so after Jinggg retires we are just going to ride on imports

well juicy was too young for military service i think so he is still playing for disguised atm, egoist was an awesome potential too, just a shame he chose to retire. I may be coping but benkai was good back in the day and hes decent at global, might find his form again. All in all I agree though, singaporean talent pool is small in comparison to other regions

if u talk about korea…yeah because they get more slot(3) for some reason…so they get more advantage…

and also Apac league hold in korea give advantage toward Korean player & tier 2 kr team to get a good scrim because all the apac tier 1 team they all in korea

if u compare sg/thai/indo tier 2 team they dont get the scrim like before anymore….its hard to find scrim franchise team partner so they scrim againt tier 2 only

you could hold the league in japan or singapore and the top 3/4 would probably still end up korean, and korean talent development was inevitable with the growth of the game in korea lmao.

more like korean + indo leagues for me. cus in the pacific big four (geng, prx, t1, drx) there are 4 indo players (3 prx, 1 t1), meanwhile sg has just 1 player
