I think that in League of Legends European Regional Leagues you get LTR if you competed 36 out of 60 months in the chosen region.
2 Splits is like nothing, so rather just go back to old rule where 1/5 was required ^^

I'm pretty sure it's 2 splits in LOL aswell. At least in Spain it's 99% not 36 months, not gonna guarantee 2 splits but it's definitely not 36 months.

And even if it were it's clearly not working because there are currently 8 Spanish players in Superliga in the 10 teams, and no team has more than 2

I like the rule because it requires you to have a certain consistency on your project and players even if are not spanish feel closer if they have been around longer
