fpx were really good but honestly weren't near a prime optic/loud level of good

WTF masters berlin gambit AT 10 has got to be some of the most braindead take ever.Did you start watching valorant at 2022 or smth?

Honestly 3, 4, and 5 should be the top, the difference between years is usually pretty immense, I genuinely think the peaks of each year have been increasing. Although 2022 was so fun

I mean for me personally 2022 was just peak vct especially the optic/loud rivalry. I do have some bias in this list ig but I tried to be fair

in champions 2022 LOUD dropped 1 map in playoffs and no maps overall excluding optic

Not really the point? Yeah they were very very good in 2022, but I think Valo was better played in 2023 than 2022 just cause of natural progression.

I'm saying that regardless of my opinion on your take, or your take in general, LOUD 2022 is 1st . They literally had the Best IGL of all time (saadhak), best duelist of 2022 (aspas), top 2 controller of 2022 (pancada), top 2 initiator of 2022 (sacy), and best viper of all time(less). this lineup is more stacked than Fnatic is. They got significantly worse at Lock\in with Sacy and pancada leaving and still got 2nd almost coming back from down 0-2 in the grand finals.

unpopular opinion, if current sen were in chamber meta with tenz/zekken on perma chamber they would be better than optic

S+ tier: Fnatic Tokyo, Champions Loud (almost flawless runs and flawless teams)
S tier: Berlin Gambit, Champions EG, Lock/in Fnatic, Reykjavik Optic, FPX Copenhagen (all of them were sort of beatable at the tournament but turned up when it mattered most and lock/in tax puts Fnatic down)
A tier: Acend Champions, Sen Reykjavik (Gambit should've probably won and first tournament tax)

(Can't rate Madrid Sen right now since I don't know how good the field actually was)

Extremely underrated 3rd place team was 2021 Champions Liquid. Had potential to win it all but fell short against Acend with no loser bracket system.
