bottom left we see an account, presumably the post creator, called kamoyeesss (3 S) which is texting kamoyeess (kamo's real account) with the fake account having multiple n word's in the other dms and this particular dm,and the real kamo (being weird asf) saying "uwu" "ur kinda hot so :3" (2022)

Most i saw here was kamo being weird, im not understanding this tweet at all.
