Not really. We just don't have the resources to support millions of illegal immigrants. Most of us encourage legal immigration, because we are a country of immigrants after all.

Brazil does have a problem with racism towards African immigrants, but I think the majority of Brazilians are kind people, same as everywhere else in the developed world. Just some vocal bad people give each of our countries a bad rep :)
