I think he could be meta on Bind and Lotus. The skye nerf hurts him on Bind though as people are more likely to run double initiator + double controller.

I agree that he was viable in ranked, but I don't think he was viable in pro play when he was nerfed to the ground.

he wasnt nerfed to the ground, teams just didnt build around him and it was much easier to play the meta than try to re-invent it. T1 started doing that with xccurate and it was going to work before these buffs and now theyre one of the expected top teams in apac

I guess that makes sense, I am a dumb American that only focuses on the Americas. I was just unaware of T1 beginning to use chamber.

he is a pistoldemon with headhunter buff and 2/3 round you have outlaw which increases your odds of winning bonus and snowballing of game begins there and even you can buy rifle every round(3500 creds with trip) and his ult is a free operator and the only issue is if the player is not skilled enough which is not the case in pro play in ranked cypher is way better than chamber but in vct he is good on some players
