yeah maybe its jsut bc im not that good but this gun's firing rate is way too fast, it does 140 dmg which makes you not want to push it

it's 100% worth learning, very crucial on light buy/eco rounds and turning around the pace of the game.
Riot clearly added it for professional play in order to lessen the frequency of a light shield buy plus vandal (viable strat, but with outlaw, it gets shut down completely)

thats kinda the reason its bad, theres already guns for anti-eco and outlaw kills force rounds making the game more boring

Does 1 shot from outlaw kill light armour? Or do both shots need to land to kill light armour.
Does it zoom out after 1 shot, or is it like a 2 shot semi auto sniper?

I’d be fine with outlaw if one shot does only 80 or so damage. It’s basically a half-priced op that does just as much as an op does.
If you can hit the first shot there’s an 80% chance that you’ll hit the second one. Idk what riot was thinking when they decided to give people an op thats cheaper than a rifle (i’m happy bc i play chamber but this is such an abusive addiction)

You know it’s 2 shots if they have heavy armor and it’s not as fast as you can pull the trigger… honestly in the 4 games I have played I haven’t seen anyone hit 2 shots back to back on the same target unless it’s up close.

the main reason they added it was to counter light shields, half armour strat has been growing massively in pro play that helped games snowball, obviously games snowballing is bad and riot needed to tdo something to fix it. The outlaw i the perfect fix the light armour

everything about it seems to make it a marksman rifle, except the magazine capacity... that keeps it in a medium caliber & range sniper category. DMRs normally have 10/20/30 mag capacity.

no it’s pretty easy to hit 2 shots back to back
but you don’t even need to you just tag them once and then switch to classic right click

isn't broken bro, a guardian or bulldog are better options for less money
