I've never watched Wardell before, but he was popular a long time ago no? I don't think I would go as far to say he's cringe because I've never watched him, but he's definitely not a binge for me.

He was popular back when he played in TSM where he was the awper. Since retiring he resorted to streaming doing pretty mediocre, and a few months back he caught a lotta flak for playing with a well known stream sniper. Which kinda explains why everyone despises the man lmao.
