True, but CS doesn't have league system so that's why theres just many tournaments. In Valorant we watch same 10 team play against each other most of the season and then couple international events.
imagine, insane esport salaries and only play 10 games a year if ur team doesn't qualfiy for masters/champs lol

6-8 is just crazy especially with the league system so if u want even more than 4 you would have to abandon the franchised system which riot does not want to do. I think 4 tournaments a year which are decently big but only 1-2 month break but the league games are spread further apart from each other.

theres 8 team lans in cs too look at blast world final but the difference is that its not 1/3 tier 1 tournaments in a whole year.
