Rushindra and Russ said that the 5th is not a well-known name, he is a duelist and in the discord they said that the 5th did not play in VCT last year. I remember reading a thread a while back about GE eyeing POLVI. Bonus - he is from the EMEA as specified in FlyNN's spreadsheet.
