monster is from czech, he still has final year of his high school left and he cant take more than 2 year of break from it. he already took one year in 2023.
he also didnt enjoy the game as much as he did before, so he thought its the best for him to take this break and go back and finish his final year

its not the fault of acend or tier 2 ecosystem. quite a normal case of burnout and wanting to finish high school

This is one thing i forgot to mention, which i feel is also good to speak about. Even the last year when i wasnt picked up most of the people were blaming Acend for contract jailing me or anything.
It was never like this, Acend always did their best in the negotiation and wanted all of the players to get into the T1.
However in the first year I made a bad decision that cost me a spot, unfortunately many teams are not willing to pay anything to have a good team and it's just how it is.

i think his reason is much more normal. his situation doesnt really mean anything for valorant particularly. he didnt leave coz the t2 system was fked or anything like that
