As always, it depnds on your budget, what games you want to play, and what you'd like to run the on(fps amt). Do you have a monitor? Keyboard and Mouse? Will you be recording? Is it only for Valorant, or other things(work, school, etc...)? These are the kind of questions you should ask yourself.

I'd highly reccomend you build a PC yourself, it lets you pick the specs and you may be able to get it cheaper than a pre-built.

Valorant is extremly CPU heavy, so when building, go for a good CPU over GPU unless you need it for more than Valorant. Make sure your cooling is enough, overheating was a problem for my first build before I bought a better fan.

I can't say specific specs without learning your budget, but a decent middle ground option that isn't too expensive would be the 5600X($150), and the RTX 1650 Super($175). It's overall pretty cheap, you can likely finish the PC at $1k including a monitor. This can probably get you 240 frames if you don't mind not having the best graphics.
