Why is victor playing Jett? I have been the biggest ardiis critic since he joined NRG, he is not that guy people(especially analysts) claim him to be, he is not.

People call him mechanically cracked , flexible etc etc. While he isn't even playing the most basic role(duelist) he was supposed to?

The lan numbers he got in 2022 were his peak , and i am somewhat glad i was right in my assumptions about him. Another poor decision by NA org while making a roster. They really brought ardiis as their import

playing duelist isnt a basic role, there is a reason there arent many good duelist agent expect jett ,which requires basic utility skills .

I am not saying duelist is a basic role. I am saying he was supposed to play duelist, which should be basic for him, that means playing duelist should be most comfortable for him

Ong. I don't know why you would import a player at first. NA had enough cracked players , you import ardiis all the way from UK and then realise he ain't that good . Import player was ok if it was derke level not ardiis

Hello! This is NRG FNS speaking. The thought process of Victor playing Jett was basically the tempo. We all know Victor is one of the best entry fraggers out there, so with him playing Jett we could go a lil bit faster. Also this allows Ardiis to learn new agents on the fly.

VLR proving yet again why it's silver lobby.

Ardiis has always been a flexible player and never a Jett/ chamber 1 trick. He also played sentinel for FPX many times. He also played KAYO for them. Them moving him to sentinel works with their roles and keeps Victor in a consistent role that he's had his whole career. That's what you call balance. Fns also said in an interview they wanted someone who was mechanically close to yay on chamber but with a wider agent pool. I think fns and chet are better judged of players than you scrubs.

Nrg needed to make a decision wether they wanted a role player like victor to play duelist or a fragging player like ardiis to take the role. They ended up moving victor to duelist and what it seems like ardiis to sentinel? Since it looks like more igls want to play the flex/initiator role to call from frontline or something. I like the role because it lets them be more organized since victor is obviously better at raze than ardiis and it lets them be flexible with their crazy comps they sometimes like to do.
