GC is bullshit

my school has been using Google Classroom ever since COVID, and it's bullshit and so frustrating to use

the app is not optimized at all, for example the syncing takes a lot of time and sometimes doesn't sync at all, resulting in missing assignment and attendances, not to mention, attaching file is troublesome since there are no progress bar to see, and the loading time takes too long for there to not be an progress bar. it is also missing a dark mode despite google meet and all it's counterparts having one. definitely feels like a throwaway app, despite being widely used in the current world.

it was rushed out in the beginning of COVID bc google knew that schools were scrambling to find a solution for @home learning.

the weird part is why it never gets any fucking updates and why schools cant figure out an alternative
