They're literally new teams coming in. But you can't deny that Weibo looking like a good contender.
Not really, this is the first qualifiers Weibo played and they haven't dropped more than 4 rounds in a map so far.

After rare atom's win against liquid in CS and EDG's performance in valorant the past year. They are looking scary for sure.
Good team for sure, but nowhere near the teams that qualified through the 1st and 2nd stage
It's hard to tell cause every team so volatile atm. Need a league before u can have consistency.

cn scene very disappointing so far, with all the hype I expected the massive lpl orgs like tes, rng, ig, wbg, lng to use their cash and buyout all the top cn teams and surround them with top tier imports from asia, instead they signed players who lost first 4 rounds of qualifiers and only importing oce players
language barrier can be a pain at time specially for into CN Teams
aside that orgs are being low profile til game actually launch before going full
