Compare Russia gdp per capita/HDI to other european countries and india/brazil and you will see the difference, you dont need a norwegian salary to be able to afford a pc either lmao, also you dont seem to be taking into account that prices of products are different depending on the purchasing power of said country, also remember Russia is a FEDERATION that goes from Europe to bordering with Alaska so there are some remote regions that lower the average salary, western Russia which is where 99% of top russian players are from have a good quality of life comparable to the average european country, not the same to be from moscow (most populated european city btw) or chechnya

not true, they probably dont have as many pcs per capita as sweden for example but they are still richer than 80% percent of the world and many people can afford pcs, I also have met a lot of LATAM people through gaming in my life and even a good number of them can afford to have decent pcs and khazaks are richer than most of LATAM so they have a good chance of having good players too, if latam which is basically banana republics can afford some pcs then every1 decently wealthy country can

yeah kosovo is pretty poor, idk how it is in armenia but in most of western europe there is a good amount of pc bangs to go to, also they dont use the name "pc bangs" and arent quite like the korean ones but they work well, the thing is khazakstan is rich enough for its population to be able to afford pcs (at least a fair amount of the population) and produce some good players, they are also more developed than most asian countries outside of korea, japan, singapore, macao, etc..
