ORG OVERVIEW

-KOI are a Spanish organization that were founded in 2021, founded by streamer Ibai Llanos Garatea and former footballer Gerard Piqué Bernabéu. They are also known as Finetwork KOI in League of Legends.
-They currently compete in Valorant, League of Legends, and TFT. They also host a slew of content creators.
-In October earlier this year, KOI announced a merger with pre-existing organization, Rogue, resulting in Rogue’s rosters competing under the KOI name in 2023. This adds a Rocket League team, an R6 team, a CoD team, and an LEC slot.
-In League of Legends specifically, KOI’s owner has brought in massive viewership, having an all-time peak of 212,000 viewers (which is more than Tarik’s peak for reference)

ROSTER HISTORY

-KOI chose to pick up the core of UCAM Tokiers after they released their roster at the end of 2021, and added some of their own players. PHYRN, Shrew, Sacake, and keeping ThoR as a sub. Joining would be starkk and H1ber. The roster going into 2022 would be:

-starkk
-H1ber
-PHYRN
-Shrew
-Sacake

-Entering the first qualifier, KOI would make it into the closed qualifier, but would fall to Vitality in the quarter finals. In their second attempt at qualifying for the group stages, they would get eliminated by free agent team need more DM
-With their hopes of making VCT now squashed, KOI opted to play through the Spain: Rising VRL. They would have relative success, ending the season in second place with a 6-3 record, and a seed in playoffs
-In playoffs, they would fall in the semifinals to Rebels Gaming in a grueling 5 map series, where H1ber dropped 96 kills. Rebels would go on to win the entire Spanish VRL.
-After playoffs ended, H1ber would stand-in for FNATIC at Masters 1 before leaving the organization entirely, with Famsii taking his place.
-In the second season of VRL Spain, KOI would start 1-4 and change their roster after round 6, adding neptuNo and benching starkk. Shrew would also be benched later in the split and be replaced by MAGNUM.
-KOI would end the season with an abysmal 5-13 record, which put them into the demotion tournament. They would beat Real Betis to stave off demotion.
-During the offseason, KOI played in the Redbull HG qualifier, and would exit in the Grand Final with a loss to BIG. They would also play show matches against KRU and Leviatan, which to my knowledge is the first non-VCT inter-regional match

RUMORED ROSTER MOVES
-KOI have benched their entire roster and are looking to build a new squad for the 2023 EMEA League. Currently, they are rumored to be picking up:

-trexx
-Koldamenta
-starxo
-Sheydos
-Wolfen

Comment any mistakes or misconceptions I made, I’m not particularly familiar with KOI but I do look forward to seeing them in 2023 with this roster. Most of the information regarding Org History was also in Spanish, so there may be mistranslated information. The remaining EU orgs are Futbolist, BBL, and Giants. Comment if there's any one in particular you want me to do next.

I think the gap between FNC/TL/KOI is super small but navi has an edge rn
I also don't know as much about EMEA val so my opinion doesnt have a ton of weight

Yeah I would still say the big 3 are a bit ahead but depending on how the team works out they definitely have the potential

Also if players go back to their peak level Giants/Heretics are capable of the best and the worse

I don’t really dislike Vitality roster either as a top 5 tbh, they are keeping the OGLU core which was very promising

I am not 100% sure, but I think the name "Finetwork KOI" is valid only for the LOL team, as it is an exclusive sponsor.
