Somehow I feel that Sentinels will not release shazam despite everything(lack of motivation, bad igling etc.) because he has good viewership. They'll probably end up releasing dapr and sick(if he's still out of action). Also shroud's position is a bit touch and go. so they'll need atleast 3 more players

Don't hold me on this but I hear Shahzam has a strong hold on Sentinels which sucks major ass. I don't hate the guy, however, I dislike his big ego. There are better IGL's in the scene, especially right now but I don't think Shahzam will leave SEN.
In my opinion, they should build around TenZ as he is still very good and the face of VALORANT.

I want Sentinels to officially buy out Zellsis from V1. The other 3 I have no clue as of yet.
If ratzam didn't go out of this team , they will still get doomed cause if you try to do things that they have been doing in the past , they are bound to get the same results it's meant to happen ..
According to me the sen team should look like this :
Sen TenZ
Sen Zellsis
Sen Zander( this has to be the best signing for them)
Sen Trent (it's possible because Guard is not likely to make franchising)
Sen Dapr
The only thing is that they would have to bring a solid coaching staff to make this team at their full potential.
Look at how Optic, Fnatic, FPX struggle when they're in a 4v5 most rounds. having a solid igl over player worked, but it's slowly going more towards mechanical players. Saadhak the igl for loud, is a demon. guy performs well, and igls well. Stax on drx, performs well, and igls well.
They're the future of what igls standards for mechanical play would be.
Zander performs well, and can igl. It's more down to if a team sees a player being 50/50 with igl/performing, or 70/30, etc.
This is all my personal opinion aswell. Just I can see the fading out of pure igls, and more of a focus on a hybrid igl/mechanical player.
I agree with you. Its definitely a huge setback having a player who isnt on the same mechanical level as the rest. But as of now it seems like mechanical skill is a worthy sacrifice for the amount of experience and depth these IGLs bring. In the future as you said their will be hybrids who are insane at both. Its just an outcome of the game still being in its infancy.
I agree with you fns and Chet would fucking make this team a beast and the solid culture that they bring is so important to actually be consistently on top , the most important part that I feel is that having a good coach is relatively more important than having a fucking star team and sen would have both and that would go insane but obv this is so hard to do
Shazam is a good player, i agree with the lack of motivation, but during the LCQ you could tell him and the team regained motivation, his play calling looked good for only 3 weeks of scrims and he was making good calls. Now With the other 2 ngl I do think Sen should just Keep TenZ and ShaZ but Drop Shaz to a perm initiator or hell keep tenz on duelist and let shaz pick up the chamber. My Ideal Team For Sentinels
Sen TenZ - Duelist/Chamber
Sen ShaZ - Initiator/ Could Run Chamber If Replaced as IGL
Sen Zellsis - Flex
Sen Zander/Supamen - Smokes
Sen JonahP - Sent/Smokes or Flex. Or Could Just Keep SEN DAPR.
I feel like the only game ShahZ was really calling well during LCQ was against Shopify, he truly looked back to his better days when his calling on Sentinels was terrific, but the other matches and especially against 100T, at times it looked lack lustre, he either called the wrong rotate or wasted too much time and evidently walked into a stack. ShahZ isn’t a horrible player by any means but with franchising teams now listed and all the talent that is now become F/A is he still better than those? Probably not, I think with the career he’s had winning the first International LAN and his streams and content doing extremely well, right now would be the perfect time to retire, no hate towards him.
