Not much
But if you still want it, go for a decent laptop
GTX1650 is the best you'll get

I've got a GTX1650S on my PC and it runs val (with maxed out graphics + no Vsync) on 220+ fps consistently. If OP goes through with it, he'll have a mid range PC (albeit one on the lower end of the mid-range category)

wdym not much. 750 is good enough to play val. enough to get you to radiant bruh.

I dont know where the high af standard for PC came from. You don't need a maxed out 2000 PC. Maybe a 1200 one for almost all games. but 750 for val?

He didn't specify Valorant
If he only wants to play val then sure it's good enough. But not for any AAA games from 2018 and later

If u were to exchange that money to ringgit Malaysia, u can get a pretty decent 3050 build over here, nothing truly amazing but still good enough for most games, even triple As albeit only if u can withstand 30-50 fps iirc

Given your flag and assuming you are from Croatia I would recommend saving up little more money (around 1000 euros). Store prices are sometimes 15-20% higher than if the parts are ordered from the internet. Then again, buying part by part would mean high shipping costs.

It is better to invest in a PC that'll be considered fairly good in the upcoming 5 years, than to be forced to buy never parts again in the next 2 or 3 years.

i didnt wanted to respond but i only saw bad replys.
first of all BUILD your pc urself, u dont have a lot of money and its not hard to build pc there are 1000 tutorials on youtube.

if u really need advice and ur not trashtalking cuz ur boring listen to me.
get parts like gpu, cpu and ram on resale, u can save tons of money and get more power for less money.
parts like mainboard or power supply u should never buy on resale because there can be tons of hidden problems u wont see.

i will tell u how to do it:
take from ur 650€ budget money to buy normal budget am4 mainboard and power supply NEW not used

with the rest of the money try to split 60% for cpu and 40% for gpu valorant needs cpu power no gpu. U can buy case, ram cpu gpu storage on resale

Yea, due to the lack of helpful answers, imma make a quick build for you too;
this is based on the German market (since I know the shops here and because pcpartpicker doesn't have a Croatia for whatever reason)

For 800€ you can get a full "low budget" current-gen pc
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/fMsNv3 for example (like ofc you're gonna have to look what sellers locally have, but for a general idea)
The i3-12100f is the current budget King of cpus, finally replacing the 3300x (if those even existed)/10100f
And for the gpu I just went for the cheapest rx6600/ rtx 3060 i could find (i should note technically the 3050 or even the 6500 xt are options, but since both are slower than even the 2060, I'd avoid them if possible budget wise).
The power supply is also on the low end, but I don't believe in overspending on a higher-end one with the hopes of needing it in the future when you're on such a low budget.
And the rest is just standard stuff with the case being a cheap af 50€ thing cause it at least cools the pc. If they already have old pc parts use them here!

Now you'll notice that my recommendation is spending a lot more on gpu than cpu despite, as Azzlack correctly noted above, Valorant being a cpu intensive game. The reason for that is that based on my experience, the 12100f can handle 1080p 120fps Valorant without any problems (with the 1% lows being at ~130 on my friends system), so you might as well get a proper gpu for other games.
