big example of this is yinsu, never seen her harass some1 who has done something bad like all the other sheeps on twitter do, she always tells how its not okay and how we need to do better, thats a good way of knowing who is actually a good person who can take a moral highground and a bully like derke, easiest way to bully these days is being on the moral highground instead of being a straight up asshole

unfortunately people who are very influential on social media should be more careful and responsible about what they say than someone who only got 5 followers. your actions are more influential and there can be bigger consequences.
Where you draw the line with that is a different matter though. I think it can be ok to say something like "you fucked up" to condemn someone so they can improve themselves but saying anything insinuating they should lose their career leans into cancel culture heavily. Unless one is prepared to take responsibility for potentially ending a guys career then they shouldn't tweet something like "bye, hope we never see you again". Again, it leans into cancel culture heavily.
if you are prepared to take that responsibility though then again it is a different subject matter
