biology - focuses on every form of life
human biology - focuses on the human body, how they live and shit

there are 2 branches in biology,which are Zoology (Biological study on Animals) and Botany ( biological study on plants). Human Biology can be categorized under Zoology. Jesus if you don't know at least this much, then I'm sorry my brother you're not fit for School.
human biology is a sub-field of biology, essentially biology is more generic and will give you a wider base if you want to purse some other facet of biology that is not human related whereas human biology is obviously focus on humans so that will normally lead to medical specialization later on but the actual course could be more varied on humans
