It depends on u......i have like 1.6 sens and 1000 DPI and have 0 problems with doing stats like 30-11

Practice deathmatch. Guardian only. Kill only with headshot. No voice. Ez aim improvement in 2 days
Also adjust sensitivity till it feels perfect

I had highier it's much lower now....i'm terrible at low sens.Minimum 24 frags per game so(Diamond ELO)....i don't think i should ever change my sens.

U have to get used to that sens.....my is mostly for OP but on Vandal lately is insane

I run 0.32 at 1000 dpi. Its a little bit high but as a wrist aimer its enough to keep me consistent and comfortable. I tried high sens and its not consistent.

i unexpectedly started 1000 dpi 0.216 which is low and i found my self better and more consistent on a bit higher sens so now i play with 1000dpi 0.26-0.28 depending on the day, but i loved how precise my low sens was the problem was the mouse pad it was too small for that sens

In CSGO i had very high sens and i just don't feel good with low.
Also i'm consistent with high sens coz i'm build on high sens also i play OP like 2/3 times more than Vandal so....i feel better with OP but that doesn't mean i'm bad with Rifle

i used to play on 1.5 sens and 800 dpi back in the day. Now its like 1.05 and 800.
This sens is soo high I'm playing on 0.28 800 dpi I recomend lowering it under 0,45 at least.
After that focus on not crouching in every gunfight so u don't fully commit to it and can just run away when u miss a couple of bullets

It depends.....i played with high sens all my life so it's normal for me but for someone new with that well......that could be tough
