90% sure its just as content creator, so how is that weird? Most big streamers are part of some org. xQc is part of LG, forsen is part of C9, Sodapoppin used to be part of NRG IIRC etc.

Because they are merging in LoL already. And Rogue has LEC spot in LoL while KOI has bunch of clout due to being owned by Ibai. Also Riot wants EMEA teams to represent different areas so KOI makes sense for Spain.

Its fun game for what it is, but I don't think OW2 will revive it. There's almost no hype surrounding the game. Its still going to have somewhat healthy playerbase because of casuals, but it will not return back to its glory, not even close. And I personally prefer OW1 over OW2 when it comes to gameplay and viewing experience.

Hard to rank because majority of them are good in their own way but quickly:

  1. Rise (2018) - best song and best music video IMO
  2. Legends Never Die (2017) - used to kinda dislike but nowadays it just sounds good and makes you want to grind/motivates, shit music video tho
  3. Phoenix (2019) - used to dislike as well, but it grew on me. Just sounds nice. Music video is mid.
  4. Warriors (2014) - classic and really good as Worlds song, but its old already and not something I would listen much nowadays
  5. Burn It All Down (2021) - pretty mid, but cool music video. Sounds really basic but it isn't bad.
  6. Worlds Collide (2015) - its not bad song, but it doesn't really work as Worlds song. It suits for intros and stuff like that but not as main Worlds song
  7. Take Over (2020) - not just big fan its ok
  8. Ignite - not bad but sounds really basic EDM song and isn't that unique

but again the gap between these songs is really small but I think 1-4 is clear, rest are hard to rank and 5-7 could be in any order.

Scream/Mixwell/Boaster/nAts one of those. I would say Scream is most known just because he had long career in CS as well. nAts has maybe most "TenZ like" fanbase aka bunch of normie simp fans. Mixwell also had career in CS and really known in English and Spanish scenes. And Boaster is arguably the face of EMEA Valorant right now.

They are on quite heater right now after adding Yekindar and oSee seems to have finally found his form and is looking pretty deadly. Firepower of Yekindar, Elige, NAF and oSee is pretty dangerous right now.

and for OP nitr0 has been playing CSGO for years and has been playing for months after leaving Valorant so it isn't surprising why he is doing well/decent right now. Also the thing with CS is that the ones who were once tier 1 players don't have as much trouble going back because they had already mastered bunch of stuff in CS. This is why we don't see new players coming to tier 1 CS all the time like we see in Valorant. Its just so hard to do. And he also has existing synergy with Elige and NAF.

also need to remember that Liquid has had some time with Yekindar already while many teams like G2, Vitality, Heroic etc did some roster changes and haven't had much time.

I don't really remember how Rhyme was, but he wasn't that good in NA stat wise and he also plays different role to ANGE1. He is still somewhat experienced and has been in the scene for some time so good in that sense. We just have to see. Historically FPX are pretty good with subs looking at SEIDER in Masters 2 and baddyG in EMEA stage 1. He was replacing ANGE1 for some games and then ardiis and still ended up winning. FPX structure seems to be really solid so even losing IGL doesn't seem to affect them crazy much.

There's picture of rhyme(I assume) with Emil or d00mbros smoking those hookahs or whatever so he is definitely in Istanbul right now. But yeah let's hope ANGE1 can make it. Its going to be close though if there's still no confirmation can he attend. Ardiis, Zyppan, d00mbros, Shao and Suygetsu are in Istanbul already, but haven't seen ANGE1 in any pictures or tweets.

I have eaten butter chicken like twice in my whole life. I almost never order Indian food because its usually quite expensive especially with delivery costs and too lazy to go eat in restaurant. Homemade is just some basic, but I was thinking of trying to do butter chicken at home or tikka masala or something. I used to eat those Uncle Bens ready made sauces like tikka masala, but not anymore.

Berlin makes sense because LEC is hosted in Berlin as well. And its located in center. But Barcelona would have been cool and some change up from LoL. I do believe tho that Berlin is more suited for international league than Barcelona. I just think Spanish community (not only val) is strong already that mixing it up with English community could have caused some problems. Like would the casters cast in Spanish or English at main stage (like LEC casters cast from same stage as players) etc?

posted about 2 years ago

yeah I have tried some other brands but they aren't as good

and for dishes I don't know I just usually eat really basic chicken sauce with them or chili con carne when it comes to homemade, and I rarely order Indian or anything but butter chicken is good

posted about 2 years ago

I don't know just basic "long grain rice". From Uncle Bens. Tried their jasmine and basmati as well, but they are more expensive and aren't much different so not worth it.

Just prediction. Plus teams like FPX is hard to predict because they are Chinese org and don't have much infrastructure in EU. If I got d00mbros right FPX Valorant is pretty much just players + d00mbros. He is coach and manager if I'm not wrong. FPX would def need to add more focus on building infrastructure in EU if they made it. And who knows what happens with China.

nah CSGO mechanics are just superior IMO. I took long break from CSGO while played Valorant, but Valorant just feels so shit in comparison. Guns feel like plasticy cod Barrett 0.50 cals. No spray patterns so recoil feels just weird and heavy and shooting just feels cheap. I don't know how to explain.
Obviously part of it is because I'm more used to CS atm and in the past, but I can't get used to Valorant feel even when I tried.

posted about 2 years ago

Idk. I don't play Valorant much at all, because it isn't fun for me and prefer CSGO when it comes to these type of shooters. But I follow the esport scene really closely and enjoy watching it. Sometimes I would want to start playing bunch, but that lasts for 1 game. Valorant just isn't that enjoyable as game and the game doesn't feel good and I just feel really uncomfortable mechanics wise. And overall I don't play that much per day anyway.

maybe just take break until you feel like you would want to try again. But take break that actually lasts for weeks or so so you don't just instantly go back after 1 day and mald again. Take break until you don't really care about Valorant as much anymore and then go back. Also as someone said just make alt account and play like you don't care. Did that with Overwatch back then and it was way more stress free.

posted about 2 years ago

yep having same problem or at least had that is why I almost completely stopped playing Valorant. Tried disabling GPU acceleration scheduling or whatever and also went back to old simple tab out screen without animations but those didn't work.

its just issue that happens. I contacted Riot custom support and after everything they just said that its Windows problem and they can't do anything. Microsoft fixed bunch of similar freeze things with other games (like Destiny 2) but to my knowledge there haven't been any mentioning of Valorant.
I'm using Windows 11, but I have heard this is also problem in Windows 10.

but again I have only played 1 max game at time for couple month so don't know has the issue been fixed for me

Yeah arguably best western botline, arguably top 3 western mid, prodigy jungler with good split and top that was bit washed but had a lot of experience. At least that was how it looked before 2022. Kinda funny that both Fnatic and Vitality "super teams" failed, but then teams like Rogue and MAD who got rid of some of their good pieces have done well.

I had so high expectations for this Fnatic, but holy fuck did they turn up bad

I tried it but fuck the crown system or whatever also feels like you are constantly getting same words at least in basics. Like I understand repetition is good for learning, but how many times I had to translate mom, dad, sister and brother or milk, bread, water etc.

Dear Valorant devs,

I'm just your average Valorant player and pro scene enthusiast who enjoys the game you have created and appreciates your continuous effort into making the game more enjoyable for us.

You've done a great job so far into observing the evolution of the game, changing things up so they don't get stale and non-dynamic. You've done a great job with newly added content and testing the boundaries of tac FPS genre.

But I feel like you forgot about me - an average player queueing up to enjoy the game. I'm, of course, not speaking about myself specifically, I'm speaking for the community outcries to introduce a better system for player reporting and penalty issuing.

In the Episode 5 Act 1, I would queue up with two great people I've met online and even with slimmer odds of some random person being toxic or disrespectful towards his team, we managed to stumble upon these kind of players too often. They stopped playing due to multitude of reasons, and simply do not want to go thru those kind of experiences.

In this act, I was mostly solo-queueing. Without exaggerating, 70% of the games (this may even be a lowered number) ends up in me muting someone due to their wildly toxic or disrespectful behavior. Amount of people destroying their team's mental with screaming in comms, telling people to "unlive themselves" and using disrespectful, hateful, offensive and derogative language is too high.

Little tilts here and there are fine, as they can easily end with one person on the team being supportive. I'm strictly talking about behavior that is (supposedly) banable. I'd wish to see more effort being put into creating the new system to help out with this obvious problem or see some welcoming changes to an existing one.

On behalf of majority in the community, as your great work with game balancing and adding in-game content continues, please address this issue. People left and right keep getting unpunished for their inhumane behavior. I'd hate to see more great people leave the game and for the remaining few to be left with players undeserving of their place in the community.

Many of us are on our last few remaining "gg go next" before we leave the game due to this.

Sincerely,
Just another Valorant enjoyer

EMEA is best for sentinels, initiators and flex in my opinion.
Leo, Shao, Enzo, Cloud, Sheydos/Chronicle etc. NA is strong for initiators as well. EA falls behind both.
and for flex EMEA has always had the most flexible players and many of them. APAC only having Jingg doesn't prove that they are best at that.

Realistically you can't name single other region for any of these other than EMEA or NA if you look at quality and quantity.

Duelist - NA because they rely on duelist more than EMEA
Smokes - NA because many top EMEA smokers are IGLs
Initiators - EMEA, but NA has good individuals as well
Flex - EMEA
Sentinel - EMEA

Russia would roll just pick anything between Redgar, nAts, Sheydos, Chronicle, Jady, purp0, Cloud, Suygetsu, Shao, Trexx etc

but Finland has chances of doing well as well: Derke, Jamppi, Hoody, Bonecold, Iluri/H1ber/someone else
Sweden and Lithuania would be my darkhorses with Finland.

Yeah his fragging is quite concerning. G2 has insane individuals, but putting up 10 kills in BO3 (2-0) against team like BIG who isn't the best is pretty bad. Hard to judge his calling/IGLing yet because he has been there for short time.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean yeah that is possibility, but I believe pretty strongly that they will make it. And if they didn't make it I feel like this team would almost certainly be picked up as whole unless they perform badly in Champions. Like people talk about M3C picked up as whole, but FPX Stage 1 EMEA winner, Masters 2 winner and now going to Champions.

No hate towards teams, but Sentinel and 100T fans are most delusional and majority of them don't know what they are talking about. The normie teams.

Realistically you would need to make a mixture of nAts, Sheydos, Redgar, Chronicle, Cloud, 7ssk7 and Jady.
Redgar would be must for IGL
nAts would be must for sentinel
but rest is kind of hard. I guess it would have to be nAts, Redgar, Sheydos, Chronicle and 7ssk7, but Cloud is insane as well. And Jady with some time could be really good as well.
