They didn't have that great performance and even individually Liquid was kind of lacking. For example ScreaM is clear top 20 player, but his Skye doesn't belong to top 20 and that was what he was playing mainly.

Understandable kind of. ScreaM's Skye just looked bad, L1NK is good but there are other controllers who would rate higher, soulcas has been pretty meh lately, Jamppi has some good moments but also had couple bad games and Nivera is good but nothing crazy. At least during their Challengers run.

I'm so sad that we won't be getting PlatChat costream until playoffs... all these other watchparties are pretty shit and no one is paying attention to games. And before anyone says yes main stream exists, but even the worst watchparties are better than main IMO.

KRU has been pretty bad lately as well. Both KRU and TL got worse after Champions.

Still not good and there are people who watch both. LEC Finals will likely reach 300k on main Twitch stream alone and its also from Riot Games, so it isn't good for VCT.

I think its pretty reasonable list. All 5 of LOUD being there is maybe little bit off to me. Because they are playing in weaker region to begin with, but they might actually be really good even on international level so who knows.

True. Maybe there just isn't as much hype for Iceland 2022 as there was for 2021 events. And because of that people don't really talk about it as much. I remember in 2021 Iceland when you would constantly see tweets, ig posts/stories, streams etc from the players, but now you see way less. And many of them have already experienced Valorant LAN.
