Why are so many Valorant maps just horrifically attack sided? Icebox, Breeze, Lotus, Fracture, Haven, Abyss, Pearl and Bind are heavily attack sided and regularly end in minimum 8-4 halves. Why are the maps so insanely attack sided?

Would almost be perfect but I would've absolutely gone for a younger T2 duelist from EMEA over koalanoob. His lack of flexibility and inconsistency might really hurt NAVI when it comes to big important games. ellemeNt, Lime, B1SK or xuss. I still would've personally stuck with natanK over ruxic as well and had ANGE1 or Shao play smokes

TL (assuming the roster is kamo, Keiko, nAts, paTiTek and kamyk)

Keeping nAts is a big win and paTiTek and kamyk are big pickups but Keiko and kamo are the clear weak links. Keiko was already inconsistent as a duelist and I don't have faith in him to be able to look better on a different role, and kamo was also wildly inconsistent although did show a fairly high ceiling. Again, I would've preferred one of the options listed for NAVI, or honestly with Liquid money they probably could've gone for xeus. Then I would've liked for them to pick up a different IGL instead of making nAts do it. zeddy from KPI would've been my first shout tho Kr1stal is another big option

VIT (assuming the roster is Less, Derke, Sayf, trexx and Jamppi)

Picking up Jamppi over ceNder is the biggest troll in VCT history and could possibly absolutely tank this otherwise super team, I beg VIT please keep ceNder over Jamppi. Other than that no changes at all

KC (assuming the roster is SUYGETSU, Saadhak, marteen, Elite and Avez)

Absolutely cooking with this one, wouldn't make any changes myself

KOI (assuming the roster is grubinho, Sheydos, flyuh, soulcas and filu)

Personally would've been looking into Rose over flyuh and then gotten a sentinel player like aNguist over soulcas, but still not the worst they could do considering the teams reputation

FNC are refusing to sell Derke to VIT despite that being the only team he wants to play for this season, meaning they basically benched him from their roster and are refusing to let him join the only team he's willing to play for

Realistically the only mickey mouse-ness you get from single elim formats is when determining 2nd place cuz it is possible for the actual second best team to be eliminated early by the best team and not get a shot at grand finals but who really cares about that shit?

Derke was loyal to FNC for 4 years, consistently performing for them, often times having to carry the team in 2021/2022, took them to 3 grand finals and won 2 trophies with them, and they repay him by benching him but still contract jailing him to block him from joining a team that could be better than FNC.
