if that is legit, which I'm not convinced it is, there is def a mechanic, doesn't make any sense other wise. Or ropes that cross the void or something like on mid abyss and that's why it looks like they go nowhere or Tp's or someshit

Why tf are there so many closed rooms leading nowhere? No way that shit's real. There must be some mechanic or something hidden, portals maybe?
Not at all I don't even mind the current system. But that's basically grabbing like the 3 main concerns and saying "we'll fix them", great, well, thanks, I would hope so. They didn't explain any of the "how" they're gonna do that, they didn't say anything basically
Mb there but still, nowhere near close to those comparisons
Rarga was statistically the second best player in China and carried his team to the tittle. He averages 260 ACS which is literally insane and you're comparing him to "pa1nt" and "havoc"
Idk what kind of games you watching but rarga has had like 1 bad game at most all split, if he isn't consistent no one in the world is
yeah right with penny they're gonna be out shooting everybody no?
Having a proper IGL puts everyone else in position to win more duels
It ain't even close. FNS is a tier 1 player, penny isn't. FNS perfectly matches the agents and can IGL, you would have kamo and Serial on their comfort roles. With penny you have no IGL and serial and kamo on less comfortable roles
Unless the plan is to just counter whzy with double duelist and double judge
Bstrd and Khalil kicked in the same week is crazy
It says it on the official announcement my friend, it's not a leak or something https://x.com/liquidvalorant/status/1928119140738371813?s=46
Even if so, which I'm not too sure about. Replacing your star player sentinel IGL with a duelist sounds like an awful idea. Specially since no one else on the team has ever IGLed before
Kamo will flex Ig
On the other hand this does mean more Serial on his main role, could at least benefit that
Patitek IGL tho? Or who?
Bro that is a fucking hilarious move. Do gotta say for some reason it makes me think of that V1 roster with jammyz as stand in that did surprisingly well
Not on any of the main platforms, only on the Chinese ones. On twitch and similar the Asia timezone does not compensate, it hurts the overall viewership
No change is gonna put them above FNC or TH, why are we acting like they aren’t the third best team in EMEA
it would yeah
Ratings can never be representative on a tournament where most teams have played 3 games. If you want a better shot, total rounds played should be factored in somehow, and even then...
Antony Isco is like Aspas Less prime no chance
Players wouldn't be able to play full time, less viewers, no infrastructure = lower level of gameplay = bigger gap with tier 1
fair enough, it's very weird for me to watch Mexican content too. Other accents I'm more used to like Argentinian
Yeah as the guy above you have the edited versions of Mixwell's POV on his yt, if you want like the full vod you can probably find it on his twitch or on the official stream https://www.twitch.tv/circuitotormenta . Circuit Tormenta channel does both Liga Radiante and Circuito Tormenta
The firepower difference is very big
Mixwell created the org last off season. Signed Kron, a good tier2/3 Spanish coach and they held open tryouts for everyone, closed rounds and ended up with the current roster. A mix of unknown players and top established tier 3 players. They do not have crazy salaries but obviously they pretty much got to choose who they signed from tier 3 because a lot of the players wanted to join.
However the spanish tier 3 (Liga Radiante) is a closed league for which you need to have a spot. So OTK started in tier 4 (Circuito Tormenta) a bunch of open qualifier tournaments (most not even in vlr just some finals https://www.vlr.gg/event/2385/cordoba-generation-cup-2025/playoffs) where you earn points that qualify you to Liga Radiante relegations against the bottom tier 3 teams which they won and qualified for Liga Radiante (https://www.vlr.gg/event/2447/liga-radiante-season-11/relegation)
They made Tier 3 (https://www.vlr.gg/event/2447/liga-radiante-season-11/playoffs) and won. This qualifies them for tier 2 Relegations (https://www.vlr.gg/event/2480/challengers-league-2025-spain-rising-split-3/promotion) where they are 1 game away from promoting to tier 2 spanish VCL
Tier 4 (Circuito Tormenta) -> Tier 3 (Liga Radiante) -> Tier 2 (VCL Rising)
Oh yeah for sure KOI is much bigger and will still pulls a lot more viewers. But I think OTK has more pull than the other 2
Most of their tier 4 games weren't even on vlr so now that they are it's why it's exploding
Idk about total fanbase but Mixwell's is the most loyal and valorant implicated. The other 3 orgs have fans combined with other games and some are just fans of the streamers, OTK is all valorant which is very unique
Yes they are, 1 game away from climbing their way from tier 4 to tier 3 to tier 2
I don't understand what VIT wins by picking them up then? If they don't have a contract is just giving away free money? The whole point of academy is having the player. Idk I'm not informed enough IG
If DVM came back would be crazy tho, they should be gone
1 year I mean until the end of the year, not 365 days bro. 1 months contracts are rare
I feel like if either of the 2 made their own org it would have stronger support, not more fans, but more loyal and implicated ones. The feeling of belonging for a smaller org is bigger, it feels like your support matters more
It's not a contract jail, it's a 1 year contract, 1 split is weird, but sure, maybe
Sure but I doubt he has a 1 split contract, he probably does until the end of the year. VIT won't wanna let him go for free to reinforce a rival
He's talking about Otakar, Mixwell's org, very popular. Most people have realized that recently because of this thread https://www.vlr.gg/492028/melilla-titans-vs-otakar-esports-liga-radiante-season-11-gf
Is shin FA or something? Because signing from VIT can't be easy
Because every single Mixwell fan is a Valorant fan and that is very unique in Valorant orgs. You can watch a streamer and want his team to do well but you may not actually be a fan of the game and you're not gonna follow it as much
If Tarik or Tenz made an org they would have similar pull. Not sure NA has a tier 4 and 3 circuit to make the transition like OTK or if they would just have to do VCL directly
xD
No he can't unless Stroll crashes onto the other top 10 mfs. He's way too old and he might aswell be riding a bike
Carlos has a better chances but still no. That's why I'll watch the goat Marquez instead
1 No, give me 1 reason why it would be absolutely any different from how it works in any other sport. Rookies are supposed to get special advantages so they don't fucking suck? Then maybe they're just not ready yet? You can tell when a rookie is good and when one isn't. Does Bortoleto have a good car? No. Does he suck? No. I don't see how that's an issue AT ALL.
Matter of fact I would argue the complete opposite, if there is no car development, there is no need to car testing limitations and they could put in as many hours as they wanted to get up to speed with an F1 car
2 No, it would make races 10 times more entreating and competitive, try watching any other category where cars are closer to each other, the spectacle is much much better.
F1 rn does not favor competition. Giving the best riders the best cars is like if in Tennis I look at the ATP ranking and just say, "I'm gonna have the higher seed of every game a 1-0 start in sets". Great, a sport with absolutely no upsets at all that doesn't allow you to climb organically and forces the same match ups over and over again. How amazing
3 Yes, it would def ruin innovation. And that's why I said this is optional and not necessarily the way, it would make racing 100% better, that is my argument. But it does definitely break the spirit of F1. Which is why I understand if someone doesn't want it
you would just guarantee the domination of drivers like verstappen, leclerc, hamilton and alonso
I would guarantee the better driver wins? How tf is that an issue? Getting beaten by a worse driver than you and not being able to do anything about it fucking sucks. It's also literally how every other sport in the world works, you want rookies to be winning races? If they don't deserve it why would they? Athletes at their peak are better than rookies in all sports, that's literally how it's supposed to be, not the other way around
Well there is still who has better pilots and better strategy which is still a very big part of it. Sauber ain't beating RedBull regardless of what car they're driving.
But yeah you take away the car development part which people may not like which is why I said it breaks the spirit of the competition. Either way it does have it's advantages, F1 is becoming unnecessarily over expensive, that would significantly fix that problem
You can barely tell from the car is going at 300km/h or 400km/h, I want good races not fast cars
It would ruin everything that is not related to the actual racing on the track. But it would fix the actual racing. But Ig F1 is a lot more than just racing rn. Not sure if that's good ro bad, depends who you ask Ig
yeah like they do in cycling. It's not really racing tho
There's only 1 fix and it's not with the circuits it's in the cars, they need to be smaller 100%. You can also think about having equal cars, but I understand that breaks the spirit of the competition
