currency valuation has nothing to do with it, like japanese yen is 25x BR but Japan is more developed. Its just the fact that Sentinels and some other NA orgs can afford to pay players extravagant wages and still turn a profit because of the amount of brand endorsements, merch sales and other revenue. If Valorant keeps growing in Brazil, China, India etc the trend will change and you will see players move to these regions in the future.

i think this is streamer games, so only radiant level ranked players have the opportunity to stream/queue snipe which makes the probability of having 2 throwers on opposite teams in the same match very low.
