Haven’t watched T1 yet, TSM looks good with new coach juvenile and rossy on kayo. Hard to have faith in TSM after they got fucked by T1 last time, but this match will be entertaining nonetheless.

you think T1 has the hardest bracket? TSM just had to play GenG, plus whatever opponents T1 would have to face. but it is strange that only one team from TSM, T1, GenG, and FaZe can make it to the Grand Final.

here's the funny thing, our other 2 group stage maps were Ascent, and they played well enough to win. Maybe they chose Bind because they knew the game was streamed, knew they would ban Bind in a real tournament, and didn't want to give away strats on a map they would actually pick. And then they ended up losing.

tsm played very well. which is surprising, considering how utterly shit they were against Zero Marksmen Silver. but it was against GenG with a sub, so you can't draw too many conclusions from that. glad i get to see them play more tomorrow.

honestly these observers need some work (respectfully). spectating a TSM game means one thing: spectate wardell during the first 10 seconds of the round, the man is always getting first bloods. they have missed SO many first duels during these two maps.

i actually called this earlier. I was like "oh roza is playing viper on stream, maybe he'll be a smoke main now while rossy plays initiator." very nerdy but kinda cool to be right for once.
and i will gladly die on the hill that roza should only ever be on smokes, his skye was becoming a total throw.

Corey really showcased his improved jett and entry skills on Haven.
Wardell will still get called a baiter because 3 or 4 of his Headhunter first bloods weren't shown by POV. I think he had decent impact and rifled well, though.
The other 3 support players did a decent job of not playing like total bots (no Roza skye or Levi viper).

Imagine a world where TSM beats GenG, T1, and FaZe to play TSM Academy in the Grand Finals. Those matchups would offer so much pseudo-Tier-1 experience, and they could finally finish the revenge arc against ex-Noble. Or, they let the academy team win so they get the money (I assume the main roster makes more).

i think they will try. at least, it won't be openly troll like the seeding matches from VCT. but then again, the fans care more than subroza so he may well be trolling. 2500 means nothing to them.
