lost jcStani and disbanded

posted about 2 years ago

why?

posted about 2 years ago

Tier 1
Guard
V1
C9
OpTic
SEN
XSET

the other six in VCT are Tier1.5, whatever that means

at least you’re not grossly overweight

yeah knights are doing monthlies, but the weeklies are mainly for super small teams. like, i rarely see even tier 2 teams competing in them. monthlies will suffice, but i’d rather see tsm playing a proven set of tier 2 teams than wading through tier 3 groups only to play two good teams per monthly tourney.

Right now, this very instant? Ofc.

Although I don’t follow VRL because I don’t have time for it, I love the concept. Now that NA no longer has NSG Weekly tournaments, I wish there was a VRL here for a true Tier 2 season. The five week VCT season isn’t enough.

mitch is cool and all, but baits aside
mitch didn’t awp in CSGO, he’s years behind wardell. the only person in NA that can rival wardell is shahzam, other than that nobody is close. and the general consensus from any pro who doesn’t play for sentinels is that wardell is the best NA. there really aren’t many good op-ers in valorant yet.

posted about 2 years ago

That’s the issue with judging a player based on his first LAN performance, especially in a game where meta changes more than CSGO.

“no ur just bad, get good like him and drop 45 like every other silver, scrub”

I do admire the amount of CSGO events that happen per year. Pardon my lack of knowledge, but even their smaller events attract Tier 1 teams (small csgo events have much larger prize pools than small val events, to be fair). I’m sure there’s a balance to be found between the two.

For example, the Pro League allows for so many more games than a VCT season.

double smokes on some maps sure, never triple smokes. there’s got to be an initiator and duelist in every comp, plus most teams run a chamber. i don’t see that part of the meta changing.

posted about 2 years ago

i’d hate for the NRG boys to go 0-5, so I think they beat Knights.

neither affect anyone under the ability anymore.

so this means no more vulnerability after the gravity well, but what does this mean for the nova pulse? they can’t just remove the stun effect.

edit: OR does it mean an ability cast in heaven doesn’t affect hell? i may just be slow

ur popping off with updates today, thanks for putting in the work to have all the leaks in one place

yeah, i’m pretty sure reyna ult and stim firing rate don’t stack. assumedly the same with neon.

15% speed buff is strange. I am firmly against fucking with game mechanics by increasing movement speed. Beefier/faster smokes is good, but until you can see the entire map in Brim’s iPad (global smokes), I still don’t think he’ll be picked as much.

Also, speed/firing buff isn’t a super helpful ability imo. Your duelists can already dash/satchel in. The stim is still one of the worst pieces of util imo, it just helps you run in slightly faster. It can help speed up rotates and throw off crosshair placement on peeks, I suppose. An increased AOE wouldn’t be terrible either.

we have a raze main in corey, jett is only recent for him
aleko on any agent than sova causes mass discontent in the tsm fanbase
and agreed this will never happen with PR

seems to be the very popular options

posted about 2 years ago

It’ll be two of C9, Guard, V1, or OpTic. I don’t want NA Val to become NA CS, where the same two teams make each international event. But also, NA needs the best teams possible to move on. In that case, I think C9 and OpTic qualify from NA. My heart wants Guard to qualify, but Masters would probably be the first LAN for all of those guys. V1 would be a decent option, too.

add a couple mental zeroes to the prize pool and suddenly they're playing for 500k...

posted about 2 years ago

you’ve got an egirl on that account don’t you? 😉

posted about 2 years ago

i think there’s only one more stage of challengers this year. might be wrong on that though.
there’s always knights monthlies tho! imagine 10 more tsm vs 100t grand finals this year.

posted about 2 years ago

all these players giving him shit for that, let’s take their worst whiffs in gold lobbies and broadcast it in front of 80k viewers lol

posted about 2 years ago

oh my lol

posted about 2 years ago

i’m not sure that’s something you should be proud of posting rn.

posted about 2 years ago

no better way to start than vs LG. they can 1000% qualify over LG and EG in that group, and I hope they do.

posted about 2 years ago

the best teams to represent NA in Masters are OpTic and one of Guard/C9/V1. i’d love to see Guard qualify for the storyline and trent, but C9 would probably perform better on LAN.

posted about 2 years ago

wait that’s awesome, looking forward to the comms vs TSM main roster

posted about 2 years ago

trent is just ridiculous

posted about 2 years ago

yeh it's spline and it is fugly, only reason to use it is wardell. there was a clip of him explaining his choice a while ago, he wanted to use something that nobody else liked so it could become iconic.

posted about 2 years ago

knights ban and xset cryo using wardell op lol

posted about 2 years ago

it's actually great that he saved it. people clown wardell for that, too, and it's dumb.

i legitimately cannot find the setting to change between night and light mode. is there one for this site specifically, or are you referring to the general browser settings?

100T were basically scrimming, after traveling all day, with a brand new roster, led by a brand new IGL. They did fine imo. Both teams got what they wanted: 100T got experience in a tourney that didn’t matter as much to them, and TSM got some confidence. Nothing to hate on either team. March was fun as fuck, most entertaining for me since the Stage 3 run last year (including that 44 rounder vs GenG).

posted about 2 years ago

wowwwwww. glad the casuals got reminded ab wardell, he hasn’t been watched by 100k+ in a while it seems.

posted about 2 years ago

ravish is an incredible caster i am a HUGE fan

posted about 2 years ago

damn, what a match. ggs your guys had some insane plays. i think this means more to tsm/fans, we don’t have much else ;)

posted about 2 years ago

why does 100T pick split after the ABX game tho…

posted about 2 years ago

i wanna know the viewership numbers. close to 95k from what i can see, and that’s in between maps.

posted about 2 years ago

so this hiko guy, second frag and super high KD. but i’ll be damned if i remember a single impact play he made. jcStani new clutch master confirmed.

posted about 2 years ago

aleko on sova = better than hiko sova
aleko on viper = worse than hiko viper

posted about 2 years ago

idk, he has a lot of impact with vandal too. remember that 3k he got when tsm snuck the defuse from under you guys noses.

posted about 2 years ago

listen listen listen, still two more maps to go. don’t get cocky yet. next is split tho (lost to ABX) and then ascent (13-0)
