my bad. that was a hard jinx.
g2 played that really well though even after losing both pistols.
He suffers from Crohns Disease and has Arthritis.
being a pro gamer probably doesnt help either.
If teams don't respect them then they have a very good chance.
100T bind is arguably the strongest is the world, also probably the most reliable map pick in vct rn. (hopefully i havent just jinxed this one)
Based on what I am hearing, its unlikely that MIBR will significantly improve unless there is a change of management.
What do you think the "ME" in EMEA stands for.
After FNC pulled NAVI through the mud just for them to bomb out at tokyo & champs it's about time that Navi got the short end of the stick.
Perhaps losing to BBL was sub optimal.
I agree though format has been rough due to the inability to properly seed teams.
PRX are already a big title contender for Shanghai.
With Shanghai being played on patch 8.08 this only helps to improve PRX chances of winning considering that prx mostly play comps that don't include either viper or cypher, which is unlike most of the other teams at the event.
Dapr was good back then, but sentinels weren't great on split.
I specifically remember them struggling on that map especially towards the end of 2021.
life game that occurs every other game?
More life i guess.
he might be the best A site split anchor of all time (super specific LOL)
wtf... so many clips from this spot
People calling him a baiter because he's not anchoring sites as a sova...
of course he is saving when KC were successfully creating 5v3 post plants scenarios.
How are they going to decide the order that the first seeds will pick?
Because picking first will be very advantageous.
Not sure why they didn't just let that last goal play out, it was a very tight call to blow early may aswell let it go to var.
how does real manage to come back everytime and a brace from joselu of all people
THAT MAN WAS PLAYING FOR STOKE
I was happy for him to have a year in tier 1 because he has the perfect mentality for a pro player.
I've only heard good things about him from former teammates in val/fn.
His confidence is probably his strongest asset.
Especially in a game like valorant where confidence has such an impact on performance and decisions.
Kinda crazy how fast he has become a top sentinel, I remember watching him play for EP thinking he could do well in valorant but being this good this quickly is some feat.
He has been getting too much value, its scary.
To be fair, hes been excellent the entire split.
That is just how info initiators play.
No point dying with impactful util.
Still some ways off from qualifying, although progress is being made.
Nice to see riot relax on the nationality restriction to allow for the top GC team to try and qualify.
I will always respect the teams like SR/G2 for actually attempting to break into the t2 circuit, even if their attempts aren't fruitful.
They won premier, same as permitta and dortmund.
If you are a fan of valorant it is very fun.
If you are only a fan of one team it can be terrible, very punishing format with a low amount of games for the weaker teams.
What are we doing in some of these rounds...
burning ults in unwinnable situations.
failing at the fps fundamentals in other rounds.
this roster needs a break, go reset mentally and come back in 2 weeks.
Only 1 of the 3 have played raze this split #noticing
Maybe it's time to consider that their skillsets can be suited to other roles outside of being a sole duelist player.
Cryo has looked very sharp being utilised as an anchor on controller.
Simply put, raze is a hard agent with a very high mechanical ceiling.
zikz just copy pasted the demon1 formula into this guy, jett + controller duty.
Cryo is looking ridiculous this split.
Pretty difficult.
I got the NA imports atleast.
Also for reykjavik 2021, vanity and munchkin were also there. (which i got stuck on)
Okay i added an easier one.
What didn't make sense on the hard one?

Almost everything has gone Liquid's way this week, can't believe they have creeped into playoffs.
I think these are the only conditions TL can make it?
If TL wins 2-0 and BBL loses 2-0, TL can qualify.
If TL wins 2-0 and BBL loses 2-1, TL can qualify if TL have a better round differential than BBL.
If TL wins 2-1 and BBL loses 2-0, TL can qualify if TL have a better round differential than BBL.
To be fair this thread was made before lock//in and for the sake of trying to make a discussion because i wanted more insight about the korean valorant landscape.
Mainly because t1/geng did not perform during off/season events, which we know now doesn't matter.
Every team in korea has made numerous changes from that point, with gen.g having a complete rebuild, T1 switching to english and even drx giving the youth players opportunities.
but yeah the thread has aged like milk, although a lot of what the comments said has aged well.
To be fair they actually could have won that, a few rounds that they fumbled massively which prx will always capitalise on.
The tempo that prx is playing at is ridiculous.
And their fundamentals are still functioning at this pace.
Something is so aware of every possibility right now.
Every player you have listed has gone on to sign for another team since being on Gen.G, a few of them even being VCT teams.
Yeah that round completely changed the game.
Don't even think that fnc will get 4 this half anymore.
He has been playing so well recently.
Nice to see especially after the underperformance at the start of the year.
(highest rated player in emea, when filtering out the first two weeks)

Well fnatic bailed out navi so much last year so its about time they returned the favour.
I had so much hope for this roster.
Sayf + trexx are two of the best players in emea.
Runner + kicks were really interesting prospects in tier 2 but they've struggled to find consistency.
They have some beautiful execs with well thought out util and other times they just look lost and without purpose.
The team is just so inconsistent.
Breaking news: players do better in tier 2 rather than tier 1.
Well no, because 3 teams can get a better win record than them.
As long as one of fnc/vit/bbl lose then KC make playoffs.
Well they were the team that pushed the sova fracture comp into the mainstream.
It does feel like in this split good aim and good trading is the most important.
A lot of teams doing well right now just because they are doing the simpler stuff very well.
